Growing up in Saskatchewan, Cara was inspired by her aunt Eva Ens, a renowned professional Reflexologist, who instilled in her an understanding of the therapeutic value of touch and attentive care. This early exposure equipped Cara with invaluable insights into the body’s workings, shaping her into the compassionate practitioner she is today.

After many enriching years in the film and television industry in British Columbia, Cara transitioned into the field of health and wellness. A pivotal moment in her journey was her discovery of PEMF therapy through a close friend from her days at the Vancouver Fairmount Spa.
