Cara Doell

Reflexologist

PEMF therapy (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy), Reflexology, Reflexology with PEMF

Cara Doell is a dedicated Reflexologist and PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) specialist with a passion for holistic healing that is deeply rooted in her family’s traditions. A proud graduate of the Pacific Institute of Reflexology in 2015, she has since provided her expertise to hundreds of patients, helping them harness the benefits of Reflexology in conjunction with advanced PEMF therapy for optimal wellness.

Growing up in Saskatchewan, Cara was inspired by her aunt Eva Ens, a renowned professional Reflexologist, who instilled in her an understanding of the therapeutic value of touch and attentive care. The practice was integrated into her family life, where the benefits of Reflexology were shared and celebrated. This early exposure equipped Cara with invaluable insights into the body’s workings, shaping her into the compassionate practitioner she is today.

Cara not only excels in Reflexology but is also well-versed in nutrition and holistic healthcare because of all the knowledge shared by her mother being a Health Consultant.

Her wealth of knowledge empowers her to guide her patients on their healing journeys, enabling them to embrace a balanced lifestyle and achieve their wellness goals. After many enriching years in the film and television industry in British Columbia, Cara transitioned into the field of health and wellness. A pivotal moment in her journey was her discovery of PEMF therapy through a close friend from her days at the Vancouver Fairmount Spa.

Seeking healing for her own health challenges, Cara began utilizing PEMF treatments, which led her to a complete recovery and an unprecedented increase in vitality. Now approaching her 50th birthday, she embodies a remarkable blend of youthfulness and wisdom, crediting her resilience to her commitment to alternative therapies, including her regular Reflexology sessions, chiropractic care, and acupuncture.

Cara understands the toll that long hours of work can take on the body, having experienced it firsthand in the fast-paced world of entertainment. Now, she finds joy in serving others, delivering therapeutic relief and promoting well-being in a more relaxed, nurturing setting. With a belief that both Reflexology and PEMF therapy should be understood as integral parts of caring for the body as a whole, Cara Doell dedicates her life to empowering her patients to thrive.
