Amanda Mitchell

Amanda graduated from McKay Career Training in 2013, and is registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS). Over the years, she has received training in Myofascial Release (John F. Barnes technique), Craniosacral, Somatic movement, Shiatsu, and Myofascial Cupping treatment. She uses a variety of these modalities in her practice to give you the best possible treatment and help you move closer to a healthier and pain-free lifestyle.
Amanda also has a passion for personal development and has taken training in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and transformational speaking.
In her spare time she’s enjoying the outdoors, plays volleyball, and loves meeting new people!
Brandy Ferguson

Brandy is registered with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS) and can direct bill SGI claims, as well as most insurance companies.
She graduated from McKay Career Training in 2018 and has since expanded her knowledge in: Myofascial Cupping, Warm Stone Massage, Foam Rolling, Trigger Point Techniques and Mental Health First Aid.
Brandy is passionate about wellness and tailoring her treatments to provide you with the most appropriate care. She looks forward to being a part of your self care journey!
Faye Mintzler

Faye graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy and has been practicing for over 25 years in both Saskatoon and Regina, just recently returning. Deep tissue, myofascial cupping, myofascial, trigger point therapy and just recently rmtPRO facial massage therapy. She treats patients from SGI and direct bills for some insurance companies.
Faye and her husband purchased a small acreage and in her spare time she helps with the small gathering of livestock they acquired.

Hannah Redlich
RMT
Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release
After graduating the Registered Massage Therapy program at the Okanagan College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC, Hannah chose to establish her practice here, in her home province. When she isn’t working or spending time with her family, you can find her engaging in a variety of activities such as equestrian sports, weight lifting and gardening. During her treatments you will notice that she uses a variety of techniques including swedish massage, myofascial release, hot bamboo, triggerpoint therapy, neuromuscular therapy, joint mobilizations, hydrotherapy and an assortment of other techniques. This combination of modalities allows Hannah to customize the treatment to each individuals needs.
Kelsey Pocha

Massage Therapy
Kelsey treats chronic and acute conditions with a variety of techniques including deep tissue, kinetic massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. She offers a relaxing massage with focus on specific problem areas. Kelsey feels passionate about empowering each client with the knowledge of how their body works and how to feel at ease in it.
Kelsey graduated from the professional institute of massage therapy in 2019 and is a member of Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association.
She enjoys staying active by cross-country skiing, hiking, camping and gardening. She also enjoys building friendships and community.
Mandy Fahr

Mandy is registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS) since graduating from McKay Career Training in 2010.
Her specialty is working with patients who experience chronic pain, stress or tension, using therapeutic/deep tissue techniques to aid in their rehabilitation. She has further education in myofascial cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). She looks forward to advancing her continuing education and adding more modalities/techniques to her range of abilities.
Mandy is able to direct bill to most insurance plans. She also treats patients with SGI and WCB injury claims.
When she isn’t treating, Mandy enjoys a good cup of coffee, spending time with her husband and 2 children, time spent outdoors, and curling up on the couch reading a good book.
